Supervisor of Ford Foundation grant programs in Central and Eastern Europe. Member of Trust for Civil Society in Central and Eastern Europe: responsible for its legal and financial activities and responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring CEE Trust Programs in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania. In 2008-2012, a strategic advisor to the Prime Minister of Poland in the area of public administration, state-citizen relations, social dialogue, big data and digital agenda. Co-author of the reports: ‘Poland 2030 Report’ and ‘Long-term National Growth Strategy’. Member of the Digitization Council at the Ministry of Administration and Digitization in its first term. Also a board member of Modern Poland Foundation and Panoptykon Foundation. Since 2013 she has been a member of Yale World Fellows and since 2015 she has served as a representative of the President of the Polish Business Roundtable.

Currently serves as a Director of External Relations and Health Economics at Adamed Group – a leading Polish pharmaceutical and biotechnological company. A board member of Adamed Group Foundation that runs a flagship program Adamed SmartUP – a program for the youth gifted in science. Since 2015 she has been responsible in PBR for the promotion of entrepreneurship. Privately, passionate about diving and a proud PADI Divemaster.
