Statement of the Polish Business Roundtable on the changes in the functioning of the Polish judicial system
The Polish Business Roundtable is concerned with the recent developments concerning changes in the functioning of the Polish judiciary. According to many people and milieux, whose opinion should be respected or at least taken into consideration, the proposed regulations break the Polish Constitution and fundamental democratic principles of the rule of law.
