The 14th edition of the Polish Business Roundtable Award is now behind us. During the official Gala, we met the laureates who demonstrated exceptional achievements in their fields. In the SUCCESS category, the statuette was awarded to Piotr Wojciechowski and Adam Bartosiewicz – founders of WB Electronics. The VISION AND INNOVATION award went to Michał Zachara, Vice President of KP Labs. In the SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT category, Anna Gielewska and Wojciech Cieśla from the Reporters Foundation were honored. The Special award was presented to film producer Ewa Puszczyńska.
This year’s competition saw the participation of hundreds of companies and organizations from across Poland. The winners were selected by the Award Chapter – a body composed of outstanding figures from the worlds of business and culture – chaired by Krzysztof Kulig.
“The selection process was extremely difficult, as all the finalists demonstrated the highest level of commitment, innovation, and social responsibility. This year, the final decisions carry particular significance, as the awarded entities are actively contributing to the strategic security of our country,” said the Chapter Chairman during the Gala.

Michał Zachara – Vice President of KP Labs – proves every day that the future can be built in Poland. Together with the KP Labs team, he completed the Intuition-1 mission, which launched a nanosatellite into orbit using artificial intelligence to analyze Earth and detect potential threats. He actively supports the development of the Polish space sector, cooperating with both the Polish and European Space Agencies. His vision and commitment have strengthened KP Labs’ position as a leader in space technologies on the international market.

For delivering a spectacular business project that has had a lasting impact on the Polish market:
Piotr Wojciechowski and Adam Bartosiewicz – founders and driving force behind WB Electronics, now the largest Polish producer of communication and command technologies, as well as advanced solutions for armed forces worldwide.
Piotr Wojciechowski is a distinguished engineer whose inventions have revolutionized military operations in Poland. He has been involved in numerous army modernization projects, including complex communication and command systems.
Adam Bartosiewicz co-created many devices and measurement technologies and is a co-author and co-owner of patents in Poland, Europe, and the USA. His work is driven by passion and the desire to deliver products that go beyond current standards.
For social and philanthropic activity recognizing individuals and organizations fulfilling key social roles:
Anna Gielewska and Wojciech Cieśla – Vice President and President of the Reporters Foundation – not only recognize the need for strong and independent journalism but also actively shape its future in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
The Foundation’s work includes journalist development and training, skill sharing, and providing access to innovative methods and tools such as OSINT, SOCMINT, data analysis, and digital resilience.

Awarded to Ewa Puszczyńska – the only Polish film producer with Oscar-winning titles (e.g., Ida, The Zone of Interest, The Real Pain).
She is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, a member of the European, Polish, and American Film Academies, and the founder of the production company Extreme Emotions, which has quickly become one of the top firms in Poland with a leading role in international co-productions.

The Polish Business Roundtable Award Gala took place on May 26, 2025, at Ufficio Primo in Warsaw and was broadcast live on TVN24 BiS.
The competition was overseen by the substantive partner PwC Poland, and legal supervision was provided by attorney Maciej Ślusarek from SKP law firm.
The Polish Business Roundtable Award is one of the most prestigious honors for Polish entrepreneurs, visionaries, and social activists, recognizing their outstanding accomplishments. Since 2012, the competition has promoted individuals whose perseverance, courage, and entrepreneurship shape the social and economic reality.
Wojciech Kostrzewa has been re-elected as president.
