Polish Business Roundtable Elects New Board for 2025-2027: 50% of the Board are Women!
Wojciech Kostrzewa has been re-elected as president. The newly appointed board includes three women entrepreneurs and three male entrepreneurs—a rare level of gender balance in organizations of this type, which are usually male-dominated.
Joining Wojciech Kostrzewa (Stadler, ERGO Hestia) on the new board of the Polish Business Roundtable are: Małgorzata Adamkiewicz (Adamed Pharma), Beata Balas-Noszczyk (DWF Poland), Anna Szczygielska (Kombud Group), Marian Owerko (FoodWell), Michał Szramowski (MS Investments), and Marek Żołędziowski (Group One). Five vice presidents will continue their work on the board. Maciej Oleksowicz (Inter Cars) chose not to run for another term and will be succeeded by Anna Szczygielska.
“Such a balanced board composition is not the result of imposed rules, but a natural outcome of a democratic vote. In modern organizations, it is the diversity of experience and viewpoints that builds strength and allows for a better response to current challenges,” said Wojciech Kostrzewa.
