Statement of the Polish Business Roundtable on the draft Act on the Transparency of Public Life
The Polish Business Roundtable expresses its firm opposition to the inclusion of such a wide range of private entities within the Act on the Transparency of Public Life proposed by the Polish government.
The need to control the spending of public money is indispensable, but this cannot apply to private funds from business activity only because public entities have a share in the company.
