The Polish Business Roundtable calls on the Ministry of Justice to withdraw the draft amendments to the Act on the Liability of Collective Entities. In our opinion, the new regulations allow for unjustified and far-reaching interference of state institutions in business activity, which is why they violate the foundations of Polish economic life.
