Appeal of the Polish Business Roundtable

Today, three leading Polish newspapers, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Gazeta Wyborcza, and Puls Biznesu published the Appeal of the Polish Business Roundtable to Professor Małgorzata Gersdorf, First President of the Supreme Court, Judge Stanisław Zabłocki, President of the Penal Chamber of the Supreme Court, and Dr Adam Bodnar, Polish Ombudsman.

– According to the legal opinions prepared by renown criminal law specialists, the pre-trial detention of Piotr Osiecki is not only unfounded but also unlawful – the statement reads.
