Rule of Law

The consistency, transparency, and stability of law bear fundamental importance for economic growth and the development of business in Poland. The Polish Business Roundtable monitors legal conditions of business activity in the country and issues statements regarding changes in legislation which affect the Polish economy.

The Polish Business Roundtable issues statements concerning all changes in Polish legislation which may undermine fundamental rights, democracy, and rule of law or affect the conditions of running business activity in Poland.
